Lovely spotless accommodation and a surprise breakfast hamper. Very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stopover. Short walk to park and beach. Comfortable private annexe with a smart, private, sheltered garden. Host was welcoming and pointed out off-the-beaten-track spots. Clean and well-laid out with plenty of food for breakfast. Owner was kind and helpful, a real pleasure to speak with. Great location, close to seafront, harbor, and town center. Cozy room, super-comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. Super-relaxing outside space. Delightful breakfast with plenty of choice. Amazing communication with the owner.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, shops, and cafes. the room itself was spotlessly clean and had great attention to detail. the private outdoor space in the pretty garden was a real bonus.
That there was no air conditioning in the room, so we found ourselves overheating a little at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaside Homestay. the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely outdoor patio area. the breakfast hamper provided was fantastic, and Andrea, the owner, was always available to answer any questions we had. She even went above and beyond by providing us with information for a vet and lending us a blow-up dog collar when our pup picked up ticks. It's truly a gem among B&Bs, with every detail thought of to cater to guests' needs. the beds were comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the garden area was a perfect place to relax. the price for a twin room was great, and it's conveniently located just a short walk from the railway station. Towels for the beach were also provided, which was a nice touch.
Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.

My partner and I stayed at Seaside Homestay for a long weekend getaway. The room was even more spacious than we expected and impeccably clean. It was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed, though a little addition of biscuits would have been a lovely touch. The courtyard was a peaceful retreat, even though we couldn't fully enjoy it due to lack of time. Andrea, our host, was incredibly kind and friendly. She went above and beyond by ordering a new firestick so we could watch live ITV. Superb service! The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the comfortable beds to the breakfast hamper, made this the best B&B experience we've had. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the railway station, and the seaside decor added to the charm. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
